A rating on its own does not tell you what it earned. The cutoffs differ by bracket enough to invert the answer: on one real character 2280 in 2v2 is a Duelist while 2254 in 5v5 is a Gladiator, so the bigger number is the lesser achievement. Every peak here is matched against the cutoffs for the season it was actually set in, and a season that has not closed yet is described as a cutoff met rather than a title held, because Blizzard has not granted it.
HireGamers is built on the idea that a rank you climbed to over years says more about how you think than most things on a resume, and that it is worth something only if somebody else can check it.
